*POSITION: EXPERIENCED GRAPHIC ARTIST*
We’re looking for a skilled *Graphic Artist* who understands both design and garment construction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Create full sublimation layouts for jerseys, uniforms, company apparel, esports wear
- Do *layouting and pattern making* for garments — from tech packs to production-ready files
- Prepare CMYK files with proper bleeds, seam allowances, and size grading
- Make client mockups and revise based on feedback
- Coordinate with our production team to ensure accurate prints and cuts
- Design social media content featuring finished products
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in sublimation graphics + garment pattern making
- Expert in *Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop*
- Understands how 2D designs translate to 3D garments
- Portfolio required: show us jerseys/uniforms you’ve done that went to production
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, team player

- *Starting salary: ABOVE MINIMUM WAGE and NEGOTIABLE* based on skill + experience
