What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make Your Mark:
📈 Provide support to the Online Sales Director by supervising floor operations to ensure maximum productivity and achievement of hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets—especially on weekends.
💡 Help build and develop high-performing Business Development Specialists (BDS) who consistently exceed targets and deliver continuous growth.
🤝 Collaborate with the Online Sales Director in planning and developing sales strategies, programs, rewards, and meetings.
🧠 Partner with the Online Sales Director and HR in the recruitment process—interviewing, evaluating, and hiring BDS candidates who fit both the skill and cultural values of the company.
🎯 Monitor and evaluate sales calls to assess team performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend necessary training or refresher programs.
🌟 Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to ensure exceptional sales performance backed by world-class service.
👣 Lead by example—conduct regular floor walks to ensure team members strictly adhere to company policies and guidelines (IT, QA, Attendance, Sales Guidelines, and more).
Who You Are & What You’ll Need to Succeed:
✅ At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
✅ Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist (BDS), Sales Representative, or a similar role.
✅ Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other reporting tools.
✅ Strong knowledge of company products, services, and internal tools such as CRM, Zendesk, Touch Point, Web Hosting Manager, and cPanel.
✅ Excellent leadership, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills.
✅ Strong business acumen and a passion for driving performance.
