Here are the most common bad attitudes of a network marketer (networker) that you should avoid or watch out for:
1. Arrogant and ego-driven
They act like they know everything and don’t listen to advice. They look down on beginners instead of helping them.
2. Only cares about recruiting, not helping
They focus on recruiting people just to earn commissions, without caring if the person succeeds or earns.
3. Dishonest and exaggerates income
They show fake lifestyles, fake earnings, or exaggerate results just to attract new members.
4. Pushy and desperate
They pressure friends and family to join, even if the person is not interested. This destroys trust and relationships.
5. No real product belief
They don’t truly believe in or use the product. They only care about money, not the value of what they sell.
6. Blames others for failure
When things don’t work, they blame their team, the company, or the system—instead of improving themselves.
7. Inconsistent and lazy
They get excited at first, then stop working when results don’t come fast. No discipline, no consistency.
8. Negative and discouraging
They complain a lot and discourage others instead of motivating and inspiring their team.
9. Fake personality
They pretend to be successful, rich, or “high status” just to impress people.
10. No integrity
They break promises, don’t support their team, and disappear after recruiting someone.
Good networkers are the opposite:
They are honest, disciplined, supportive, patient, and focused on long-term success—not quick money.
If you want, I can also tell you red flags of a fake or scam network marketing leader.
