This may be a bit controversial, but recently, I've observed an increasing number of business gurus and coaches advocating hiring remote workers at meager wages, such as $3 per hour, particularly in the Philippines.

I took this photo from a freelancing group, and this is one of the most compelling arguments against such unfair practices. Business owners must understand that paying such low wages is unacceptable, and Filipino freelancers deserve better than falling for this exploitative approach.

Pay your virtual employees what they truly deserve. Compensation should reflect their value to your business, not their geographical location or nationality.

It's time to uplift and empower our virtual teams by fairly rewarding their talent and dedication.

I recently enjoyed a much-needed week-long vacation. After working as a Virtual Assistant for various businesses and industries across the US for nearly five years, I finally experienced my first real break - a break I didn't realize how much I needed!
