I am an expressive Filipino mother, an online ESL teacher, and the creator of Richel Virtual Desk. From my name itself “Richel” means powerful, strong, and a leader. And with that, I consider the great power of sensory experience in finding a personal look at a business. My warm and social engagement will be a confidence builder to explore various choices and make one's own decisions. And I enjoy the freedom of my own unique style and flair. I am a graduate of Marketing Management with diverse experience in fields which involves clerical and administrative works, telemarketing, and customer service support. What made me decide to leave the office job? Because I chose to take care of my family. I became a full-time housewife and mom for three years. Hence, that doesn’t stop me from pursuing my passion. I love to work in front of the computer. I love to be productive, creative and express things that I cannot say by writing and creating social media posts. I know I still have a lot of things to learn that’s why I joined different community groups and attend several trainings related to freelancing to prepare myself with the work-from-home set-up. I believe that being optimistic in life would lead you to positive results and happiness.
