KenZey “Not a perfect wife or mom — just a woman learning to love with patience, faith, and grace. Let’s grow together.”

As parents, one of the most precious gifts we can pass on to our children isn't wealth, talent, or status — it's a compassionate heart.

Because one day, they will grow up.
They'll have their own families, face their own storms, and meet people who will test their patience and love.
And when that day comes, I don't want them to be perfect — I want them to be kind.
I want them to remember how we chose to understand instead of judge, to forgive instead of fight back, and to pray instead of give up.

Compassion isn't something they'll learn overnight.
It's something they see in us every day — in how we speak to them, how we treat others, and how we respond when life hurts.
Our example becomes their foundation.

So let's raise them not just to be strong, but to be gentle.
Not just to succeed, but to care.
Because someday, when they become parents too, I hope they'll teach their children the same-
that having a soft heart in a hard world is not weakness, but a reflection of Christ's love. 💚👑

> “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32

To God be the glory!🙏

“To the spouse who’s still holding on — God sees your tears, and He’s not finished with your story yet.”

🌿 One Day…

One day, the silence in your home will no longer feel heavy.
It will be peace — the kind that only God can bring after a storm.

Your spouse will sit beside you, not out of obligation,
but out of a renewed desire to be near you again.
They will look at you with eyes that finally see
the one who stayed when it hurt most —
and they’ll understand the kind of love that comes from grace.

You won’t need to remind them to pray; they’ll do it naturally —
because the same God who softened your heart
will have softened theirs too.

You’ll see them reading Scripture with your children,
and every verse will sound like a testimony
of God’s mercy over your family.

There will still be tears — but this time,
tears of repentance and healing, not pain.
You’ll hear words like,
“Now I know why God didn’t let you give up on me.”

And you’ll realize… every sleepless night, every prayer,
every act of surrender — was never wasted.
It was all preparation for restoration.

Your love will no longer be built on emotion or fear —
but anchored on the cross.

You’ll serve together.
You’ll laugh again.
You’ll walk as partners — not perfect ones, but redeemed ones.

Because this time, it won’t be about falling in love again —
it will be about learning to love through Christ.
And in that, you’ll both find joy that lasts.

> “The Lord will restore the years that the locusts have eaten.” — Joel 2:25
“Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.” — Psalm 126:5

“God is not only fixing hearts — He is transforming them.

If life feels heavy right now, maybe it’s because He is replacing what is hard and tired inside of us with something new, soft, and full of grace. 🙏

“I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you.
I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”
— Ezekiel 36:26

Lord, continue Your work in me. 💖

Romans 12:2 (NLT)📖✝️

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Sometimes, the hardest battles happen in the mind. The world teaches us to react based on emotions, pressure, comparison, or revenge — but God invites us to think differently.

Transformation doesn’t start with a change in our situation — it starts with a change in how we think.
When we allow God to shape our thoughts:

Worry turns into trust.

Bitterness turns into forgiveness.

Confusion turns into clarity.

Pain turns into purpose.

The world says, “Do what feels right.”
God says, “Let Me show you what IS right — and it will lead to peace.”

Lord, renew my mind daily. Teach me not to follow what’s common, but what’s Christlike. Help me think in a way that honors You — even when it’s hard, even when no one else understands.

1. Patience – In marriage, patience means choosing understanding over anger, just as God is patient with us.

2. Forgiveness – Forgiveness heals wounds and restores closeness; it invites God’s grace into the relationship.

3. Daily Choice – Love is not just a feeling but a daily decision to stay committed and faithful.

4. God at the Center – A marriage rooted in God can withstand storms because He is the foundation.

5. Service in Small Acts – Small gestures of love—like listening or helping—are acts of worship in marriage.

6. Unity – Marriage is not “me vs. you,” but “us vs. the problem,” facing challenges together.

7. Grace – Marriage works when two imperfect people learn to love with God’s perfect grace.

✨ When You Miss Someone Close ✨

It’s a deep kind of ache to miss someone who’s right beside you. To long for closeness, yet feel distance in the heart.

But this is also how Jesus loves us. He is always near, yet so often we ignore Him. Still, He loves faithfully. He waits patiently. He never closes His heart, even when ours wander.

In my marriage journey, I’m reminded that love is not always about how the other responds—it’s about reflecting Jesus. To stay kind, to stay faithful, to keep a soft heart, even in the waiting.

💭 “We love because He first loved us.” (1 John 4:19)

Lord, help me to love like You—faithful, patient, and strong, even when it hurts. 🌿

✨ Love in Marriage According to the Bible ✨

Love is more than a feeling—it’s a covenant before God. In marriage, the Bible teaches us that love is:

🌿 Sacrificial – “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her.” (Ephesians 5:25)
Love gives, even when it costs something.

🌿 Patient and Kind – “Love is patient, love is kind…” (1 Corinthians 13:4)
Love forgives, endures, and chooses grace over anger.

🌿 Faithful – “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure.” (Hebrews 13:4)
True love protects the promise, not betrays it.

🌿 A Covenant – “The Lord is the witness between you and the wife of your youth… she is your partner, the wife of your marriage covenant.” (Malachi 2:14)
Love isn’t just about feelings—it’s a promise before God, for better or worse.

Marriage was designed to reflect the love of Christ for the church—a love that never gives up, never betrays, and always seeks restoration. 💙

Lord, may our marriages mirror Your kind of love.

🌿 How God Speaks to Us 🌿

Sometimes we expect God’s voice to be loud, dramatic, or undeniable. But more often, He speaks gently and consistently in ways we sometimes overlook:

📖 Through His Word – Every verse carries His truth, correction, and promise.
🙏 Through Prayer – As we pour our hearts to Him, He answers with peace or conviction.
🚪 Through Circumstances – Open doors, closed doors, and even delays can be His direction.
✨ Through the Holy Spirit – That quiet nudge in your heart, the conviction, or sudden peace—that’s Him guiding.
🤝 Through People – God places voices of wisdom around us to remind us of His will.
🌌 Through Creation & Stillness – His beauty shines in nature, and His whisper is often heard in silence.

God is always speaking. The real question is: Are we listening? 💙
“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.” (1 Samuel 3:10)

Have a blessed day! 🙏🕊️

Walking in God’s way is not always easy. Sometimes it means denying yourself, carrying heavy burdens, and choosing forgiveness when your heart wants revenge. It can be exhausting and lonely at times, but I am reminded of Jesus’ words:

📖 “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.” (Matthew 16:24)

Obedience may come with struggles, but it also comes with peace that the world cannot give. Every trial, every tear, and every step of faith is never wasted in God’s hands.

💙 I choose to keep walking, not because it is easy, but because I know the One I follow is faithful.
