We Are Hiring: Web Developer
Location: On-site, General Santos City

About the Role
We are looking for a Web Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain high quality websites for our local and international clients. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who loves solving problems, creating smooth user experiences, and working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
• Implement updates, design revisions, and technical fixes
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and operations teams
• Integrate tools like GA4, GTM, CRM forms, automations, and tracking pixels
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
• Troubleshoot website errors, plugin conflicts, and performance issues
• Maintain documentation for updates, changes, and processes

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Web Developer
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive design principles
• WordPress background is preferred (Elementor, Divi, themes, plugins, troubleshooting)
• Experience with Webflow, Shopify, or funnel builders is a plus
• Familiar with SEO best practices and basic analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a collaborative team

Nice to Have
• UI/UX understanding
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, GHL)
• Graphic or layout skills for basic styling
• CRO or funnel optimization background
