Job description
We are looking for a Virtual assistant who will handle the following:

⁍ Setting client appointments
⁍ Requesting of invoices
⁍ Managing email and calendars - monitoring email for actions, putting key events and appointments on the calendar
⁍ Research/ Help with integration of tools to improve productivity or customer service.
⁍ Prepare documents for E-sign with properly populated fields
⁍ Schedule and manage quarterly social events for the team
⁍ Lead generation experience is preferred

Other miscellaneous admin tasks
⁍ Market research on companies for prospecting
⁍ Solicit client testimonials for BBB and website
⁍ Contact clients after arrival and every month thereafter for feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

E-COMMERCE VA (Product & Order Management Specialist)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized eCommerce Product and Order Management Specialist to oversee product management tasks and streamline order processing across platforms like eBay, Etsy, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of product listings and manage orders efficiently to avoid errors that could lead to costly issues.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Product Management:

- Regularly communicate with the eBay contact to receive lists of stagnated products.

- Update and manage spreadsheets for product removal and re-listing on eBay.

- Edit and optimize product listings to ensure they align with accurate information from the company website.

- Maintain consistency and accuracy in all product data, ensuring correct details across all sales platforms.

- Order Processing and Integration

- Download orders from eBay, Etsy, and Walmart, and integrate them into the production system.

- Manage and upload spreadsheets for order fulfillment, ensuring no errors that could lead to sending incorrect products or missing orders.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes.

B. Data Management and Analysis:

- Oversee the integration of orders using cronjobs to amalgamate data from eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and direct orders.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and areas of improvement.

- Provide reports on order splits and platform performance to help optimize sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Experience in eCommerce platforms like eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail to prevent errors in product listings
and order processing.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in eCommerce product and order
management.
- Familiarity with order processing systems and data integration.
- BPO w/ related experience to E-Commerce or Order Management
