We would like to inform you that there will be a scheduled power interruption by Davao Light on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The affected areas include some parts of Dona Aurora St. to Molave St., Purok 7-A, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Mintal, and nearby areas.

Please be advised that DET Connect Wi-Fi services will remain operational through our backup power supply. However, if the backup power runs out, our system may temporarily shut down until power is restored.

⚠ DETCONNECT SOUTHWEST SERVICE ADVISORY

📍 Affected Areas: Visayas and Mindanao

Dear Valued Subscribers,

Our main source provider, Infinivan, has confirmed multiple fiber cuts affecting major backbone routes in Visayas and Mindanao.

As a result, the available bandwidth capacity has been reduced, causing slower internet speeds and intermittent connectivity across the region.

Their network operations team is already conducting emergency fiber restoration and rerouting to restore normal capacity as soon as possible.

✅ DETConnect’s local network remains operational and stable. The slowdown is due to limited upstream capacity from the main source.

🙏 We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we coordinate with Infinivan to restore full network performance.
