🎬 Video Editor for Ads & Reels (Part-Time or Project-Based)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in creating engaging ads, social media reels, and short-form video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-converting video ads and reels for social media
- Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance content
- Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form versions
- Stay updated with trends in editing styles and platform requirements
🧠 Requirements:
- Proven experience in editing videos for ads or reels
- Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, hooks, and attention-grabbing edits
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Knowledge in aspect ratios for IG Reels, TikTok, and Facebook ads
- Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
✅ Bonus Points:
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Familiarity with paid ad creatives and what makes them convert
- Able to work with raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping content
