‼️We are Hiring Marketing Outreach Specialist (Written Outreach & Lead Generation)‼️

- Full-time, long-term (no moonlighting)
Remote | Aligned with U.S. Pacific Time business hours | Must be willing to work in our Mintal Home Office for the first 3 months (Laptop will be provided)

Starting Rate: ₱40,000 per month +hmo after tenure

We are looking for a self-driven Marketing Outreach Specialist to execute written outreach and lead generation campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reddit, and email.

This role focuses on strategic written communication and audience targeting, not phone sales. You will take ownership of researching prospects, crafting outreach messages, executing campaigns, and refining strategies to improve response and lead quality.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify targeted prospects based on campaign objectives
- Execute written outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Reddit, and email
- Create personalized outreach messages tailored to specific audiences
- Source, screen, and qualify leads before endorsement
- Manage outreach workflows and track results using CRM tools
- Continuously test and optimize messaging and outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of outreach activities
- Work independently while meeting performance targets

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in marketing outreach, lead generation, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Experience using any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong written communication and research skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with cold email or multichannel outreach campaigns
- Familiarity with professional services or B2B outreach
- Experience tracking KPIs such as response rates and lead quality

Happy 3rd Anniversary to Me as a Virtual Assistant/Freelancer! 🎉

This journey hasn’t been easy but it’s definitely been worth it.

*December 2021 – I discovered freelancing through TikTok. I found out my cousin and my bestfriend since elementary were already doing it. They encouraged me to try, so I did my research and enrolled in niche-focused courses and free courses on Udemy.

*For 6 months, I applied to 20 jobs a day on different platforms. I joined interviews with direct clients and agencies, got lots of rejections, but I kept going. I focused on improving my portfolio and that’s what helped me stand out as a creative.

*June 2022 – I got a message from someone on OnlineJobs. She became my first direct client. At that time, I was still working at Nokia as a Documentation Engineer, juggling both jobs.

*July 2022 – I finally left my corporate job. It wasn’t an easy decision since I was only earning PHP 12K/month from freelancing (not even reached a half of my salary on my corporate job). But the workload from both jobs was too much, and I took a leap of faith.

*November 2022 to March 2023 – This was my most challenging season. I experienced no clients for 3 months. Family emergencies drained my savings, and I even went into debt. I started questioning if I should go back to a corporate job. But deep down, I knew I loved freelancing even if it felt unstable at times.

*April 2023 – I landed my first premium client on Upwork. Slowly, I started saving again. I promised myself I wouldn’t let myself go broke again during slow months.

*Fast forward to today – My monthly income slowly grew over time. I’ve finally reached (and sometimes exceeded) my target. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, and I wouldn’t trade this journey for any other career path. Taking the risk was the best decision I’ve ever made.

To anyone who wants to get into freelancing - expect the unexpected. Don’t focus on how much you’ll earn. Focus on building your skills and learning how to solve your clients’ problems. When you focus on results, the rest will follow. ✨

I really agree with sir Brent Seniedo’s post 💯

It also made me think about how buying cheap vs. quality plays out in real life.

I used to go for the cheaper option thinking I was saving money. But most of the time, those things didn’t last, they broke easily and I had to keep buying replacements. So I actually ended up spending more.

Now I’ve learned that it’s better to invest in something with quality, even if it costs more upfront. It lasts longer and saves you from the hassle (and extra spending) later on.

It's not just about spending less, it’s about spending wisely. 🙌
