OUR STORY

The Dash10 story began in August of 2015, when Zeald, a premier web design and digital marketing firm based in Auckland, put up a small offshore team in a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) company based in Davao City. The team was initially created to accommodate back office and administration tasks (documentation and marketing), and after-sales customer support calls. With a growin

g portfolio of clients from New Zealand and Australia came the need for more people. Hence, we have expanded our core expertise to include website design and development, quality assurance testing, Internet Marketing, business process analysis, and project coordination. By the start of 2016, we have taken on the bulk of the technical and back-office operations. Following the success and burgeoning growth of the team, We have decided to build our own firm in Davao City. Plans have been laid out, and by mid-2016, we have officially rebranded ourselves as Dash10 to reflect our speed and efficacy in delivering cutting edge solutions. Dash 10 has since then embarked on an epic journey in the digital world. To date, we have a total of 24 team members working together to fulfill our shared mission with Zeald: Helping clients achieve their business dreams. We’re looking for a skilled AI Developer to join our lean, fast-moving, fully remote team. This is your chance to work on meaningful AI systems that go beyond experiments and into real production use—powering both client solutions and internal automation tools that improve how we operate every day.

You’ll collaborate directly with the Founder, Operations Manager, and a Senior AI Developer in a highly hands-on environment where speed, creativity, and practical ex*****on matter more than unnecessary process. If you enjoy building fast, iterating quickly, and seeing your work used in real scenarios, this role will feel right at home.

🔧 What you’ll be doing
• Build and deploy AI agents for client projects and internal automation systems
• Work closely with a Senior AI Developer on architecture, optimization, and feature development
• Use Claude Code and other LLM tools to create, debug, and enhance AI-driven workflows
• Integrate APIs, frameworks, and third-party services to bring solutions to life
• Participate in agile cycles from planning to deployment and refinement
• Contribute ideas to improve systems, workflows, and AI experimentation practices

💡 What we’re looking for
• Proven hands-on experience with Claude Code (required)
• Strong background in building or fine-tuning AI systems with autonomous capabilities
• Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Experience working with LLM APIs like Anthropic or OpenAI
• Understanding of prompt engineering and real-world AI application design
• Ability to translate business needs into working AI solutions
• Thrives in small, fast-paced teams with high ownership and accountability

Management Accountant (Remote) – Work Directly with a New Zealand-Based CFO

We are looking for a highly analytical, inquisitive Management Accountant who enjoys investigating data, solving financial problems, and uncovering the story behind the numbers.

You will support a New Zealand-based group of businesses, working directly with the CFO to deliver clear financial insights that influence real business decisions.

This role suits someone who is naturally curious, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently in a data-focused environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Financial Reporting & Consolidation
* Financial Analysis & Investigation
* Data Integrity & Financial Control
* Power BI & Financial Visibility
* Systems & Process Improvement

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who:
• Is naturally curious and investigative with numbers
• Enjoys digging into financial data to understand what’s really happening
• Has strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Is confident working independently without constant direction
• Is comfortable with evolving systems, new processes, and continuous improvement
• Prefers deep, focused work rather than constant meetings

Skills & Experience:
• 4–6 years’ experience in Management Accounting or a similar analytical role
• Strong Excel capability, especially with large datasets and financial models
• Experience with month-end reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis
• Xero experience (essential)
• Exposure to Power BI or willingness to learn

Working Environment:
• Work directly with the CFO of a New Zealand-based organisation
• High level of autonomy and accountability
• A role combining financial reporting, investigation, and process improvement
