Enterprise-level client is looking for a Learning Coordinator responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of world-class learning experiences. โ Plan, coordinate and execute learning programs, including programs such as Faculty and Leaders as Teachers.
โ Manage multiple concurrent sessions, track learner progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely feedback and evaluation
โ Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, facilitators, vendors, and partners to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
โ Setup spaces and channels to encourage and support community learning
โ Ability to use various tools and methods to collect, process, and interpret data.
โ Monitor and report on key metrics and outcomes of learning programs, such as learner satisfaction, completion rates, knowledge retention, skill acquisition, and business impact
โWork closely with Platforms team on LMS management such as setting up programs, updating participant status, registrations and cancellations, feedback channels, pulling and interpreting data
โ Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders through communicating with them throughout the program, including responding to queries such as cancellation requests and logistical questions
โ Independently host and moderate virtual live sessions from session opening, welcoming the participants, introducing the presenters and final closing using Teams/Webex and related platforms (including but not limited to: polling, Q&A facilitation, and chat management)
โ Work with regional communications and facilities teams to promote learning programs
โ Identify and manage key relationships with external training delivery partners and vendors
โ Management of invoicing and procurement processes such as open, track and manage POs
โ Any other duties as assigned

โ Minimum 5 years of relevant work-experience (project and stakeholder management/coordination, remote assistance), preferably (but not required) in Learning & Development
โ Customer obsessed; responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
โ Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders (from Senior level to junior level)
โ Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills and fluency in MS Office suite
โ Accuracy and attention to detail; experience double-checking and cross-checking own work
โPossesses excellent organization and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities effectively, meeting deadlines
โ Works cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks

โ Proven ability to execute large-scale, global training programs using ILT, virtual ILT, e-learning applications, social media platforms, mobile technology and video.
โ Exceptional project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
โ Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, agile org with rapidly changing requirements and content with a learning mindset.
