Job Opportunity: Shopify Virtual Assistant (Dropshipping + AI Content + Email Marketing)

We're hiring on behalf of our clientโ€”a fast-growing eCommerce entrepreneur building out a brand-new Shopify dropshipping storeโ€”and weโ€™re looking for a resourceful, all-rounder Shopify VA who can hit the ground running.

Build & Set Up a New Shopify Store from scratch (structure, layout, navigation, etc.)

Add Winning Dropshipping Products: Find and onboard suppliers who meet our specific requirements (contracting, fulfillment, etc.)

Utilize AI Tools to publish 200+ content pieces per month (youโ€™ll be given access to powerful toolsโ€”just need to operate them efficiently!)

Email Marketing Ninja: Set up and manage email campaigns, flows, and automations (Klaviyo or similar)

Potentially help with Customer Service tasks as the store grows
Be a Problem Solver: If you donโ€™t know how to do something, you go figure it out and come back with a solution.

Proven Shopify experience, especially with dropshipping
Familiarity with tools like DSers, Oberlo (or similar) for supplier integration
Strong content ex*****on skills using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
Email marketing know-how: segmentation, flows, A/B testing
Reliable, independent, and obsessed with solving problems
Bonus if youโ€™ve handled customer support and ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.)
