The "2-Minute Rule" 🎯
If a task takes less than 2 minutes to complete, do it immediately rather than adding it to your to-do list.

Why? Because managing the task takes longer than just doing it!

This applies to:
• Replying to a quick email
• Filing a document
• Making a short phone call
• Updating a calendar entry
