I am co-founder of Virtual Buddy 24/7 and at the same time I am operations manager. As a manager i have to oversee the operation of our small hub here in Dipolog. At the start we encountered lots of scam campaigns and we almost give up. But we decided to move forward and invest more. One of the challenges is that our agents doesn't have enough skills to grab more clients so we plan to upgrade ourselves and the good thing is that DICT was offering an scholarship program. Eventually, I grabbed it and I was able to be part of March 2021 alumni though I only received the Certificate of Attendance since there were activities that I was not able to comply. So much for that, I learned steadfast and I was so thankful to my instructor who was a good mentor at the same time. She guided me all the way till I learned on how to be more creative and now I am generating good extra income at first since we're the one who created our website, virtualbuddy247.net and we have more graphic designs to be uploaded soon and at the same time our very own client chooses me to edit and creates more designs for her Amazon business. I cant imagine this client like the arts I provided with her when she is a very meticulous client. From e-Commerce Customer Support then now I have both tasks from pre sales to after sales, meaning at the same time we're the one who does her back office tasks to customer support even her Social Media Management. With that since she's giving a good hourly rate so I now almost hit 6 digits income monthly since June of this year. Our client even referred her friend, and next Month we will start our new client who is into eCommerce business as well. He ask us to develop his own website, Amazon setup and product listing with graphic designs and customer support/SMM.. What a blessings... That's why I am so thankful indeed to the trainers, mentors and staff of DICT. Thanks sir Aljon Sugala Mutalib for inviting me and eventually part of DICT family and to Ms Arquelle Areille my trainer and my mentor.. Mabuhay po kayo.. "Start small but think Big"...
