WHAT IS SELF CONFIDENCE ❓
Self-confidence is a state of mind that consists of self-esteem, uniqueness, self-acceptance, self-satisfaction, self-confidence, self-confidence, responsibility for one's own life and a positive attitude towards the world. Self-confidence is essential in today's world. Without it, we stand aside in life. We do not take risks, we do not meet new people, we do not fight for what is ours. A career or making dreams come true is hard, long, exhausting work, which very often does not bring the expected results. Shyness, which is a consequence of a lack of self-confidence, causes us to lose many new opportunities, both those related to professional life and those related to private life.
What are the causes of a lack of self-confidence?
One of the main reasons for a lack of self-confidence is a lack of self-acceptance. Accepting yourself is accepting who you are. It is focusing on yourself and appreciating what you are, instead of looking for and focusing on an idealized image. Self-acceptance comes from being understanding and patient with yourself.
Low self-esteem definitely disturbs the sense of self-confidence. When working on yourself, you should pay special attention to self-appreciation. It is very important to realize that you are special. Thanks to this, despite numerous barriers and failures, you will be able to fulfill all your plans. If you don't appreciate yourself - no one will!
