How to schedule posts efficiently with Meta business suite and Buffer đź§
đź“Ś Meta Business Suite: How to Schedule Efficiently
1. Go to “Planner”
Open Meta Business Suite (mobile or desktop)
Tap Planner — this shows your content calendar.
2. Create a Post
Click Create → choose Post, Story, or Reel.
Select where you want it posted: Facebook, Instagram, or both.
3. Optimize Your Post
Add captions, visuals, hashtags.
Use the “Optimization Preview” to check how it looks on both platforms.
4. Schedule the Date & Time
Tap Schedule → choose the best time when your audience is active.
Meta often gives “Active Times” suggestions.
5. Review Everything
Check your content calendar to make sure there are no overlaps or gaps.
đź“Ś Buffer: How to Schedule Efficiently
1. Create Your Posting Schedule
Go to Publishing → Queue.
Set your preferred posting times for each day (e.g., MWF at 10 AM).
Buffer will auto-place your posts in the next available slot.
2. Create a New Post
Click Create Post.
Select which platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
3. Add Content
Upload images/videos
Add captions, hashtags
Use Hashtag Manager (if you have it) for faster posting.
4. Choose a Scheduling Option
You can:
âś” Add to Queue (auto places in next slot)
âś” Schedule Post (choose exact date/time)
âś” Share Now
5. Track Your Queue
See all upcoming posts in a single scroll.
Drag and drop to rearrange if needed.
