Let me express my hearfelt gratitude to the company, the BODs, its management and all business partners.

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to serve the company and I’ll be forever grateful for this.

Know my heartiest thankfulness for the guidance and support that you have given me.

Salamat sa taon at ilang buwang napasama ako sa company.
Salamat sa opportunities.
Salamat sa mga naging bagong kakilala at kaibigan.
Salamat din sa mga learnings, mga bagay na natutunan at narealize.

Though I’m leaving, I’ll never forget the experiences and inspirations that I gained in this company.

Ilang buwan ko po itong pinag isipan at tinimbang ang mga bagay bagay at bawat anggulo.

The way may change, the career may change, but the valuable lessons I’ve achieved is unforgettable.

But before I leave, let me clear na hindi po totoo na kaya ako nag inactive sa Blesscent ay dahil naofferan po ako ng iba.

Well, hindi na siguro mahalaga pa para magdefend ng sarili.

Hanggang don na lng po siguro.
I believe that EVERYTHING HAPPENS for a REASON.

GOD bless us, Thank you and
Goodbye Blesscent!

This is your friendly coach.
Signing off!!!

Time - Money- Energy

life and no time to think about the future plans talaga 😅

pagdating naman sa 60 plus, minsan wala pa ring na save and kung meron man, mauubos pa rin dahil sa bills or hospitalization. and affected lahat ng family members. peace of mind, and finances.

need makapag start ng passive source of income sa early as possible. 😃 hindi natin kering forever mag work 😉 when work stops, income stops, pero bills continue na naniningil.

It only makes sense to build a residual and passive income source. 🏆

Wag hayaang dumating sa point na,
Nsa old age na,
bka NO TIME parin ,
NO ENERGY na,
NO MONEY pa.
May kakilala kang gnyan? Ako marami, at marami nakikita, may edad na, until now kumakayod pa.
Wag kang matulad sa kanila.

Kaya pang agapan.. AGAPAN MO NA..

7 LIFE LESSONS FROM JOHN JR

Robinsons’ Malls
Robinsons’ Land
Cebu Pacific
Universal Robina

Hmm, sounds familiar?

I am sure we are very familiar.

Naging parte na ng buhay natin
ang mga produkto ng kanyang kumpanya
whether it’s food, travel, real estate, or utilities pa ‘yan.

At ang man behind these successful businesses?

No other than Mr. John Gokongwei Jr.

Did you know that at 13 years old, namatay
na ang kanyang ama kaya he had to work
para makalabas sa utang.

At an early age, he started selling peanuts
sa kanyang classmates in Cebu then later on
he added other products to sell tulad ng
sabon, sinulid, at kandila and eventually ventured into
selling it to a bigger market.

Then the rest is history.

Just like a lot of us, he was just an
ordinary person na naka-experienced din na
malubog sa utang. Rags to riches, ika nga.

Ano ang naging sikreto niya?

Let’s find out through his life lessons
na kanyang pinaniniwalaan.

“WORK HARD. IF YOU DON’T WORK, YOU DON’T EAT.”

For him he believes that money is
earned and not given.

Yes, okay lang to give money to our children
from time to time but we should allow them
na pagtrabahuhan ang pera.

Same thing with us adults, hindi lang basta basta
nalalaglag ang pera at asenso,
maraming kailangang pagdaanan.

No other way but to push ourselves,
or else, we won’t survive.

“THE DINNER TABLE IS A PLACE FOR IDEAS.”

Be home early.

Make sure that we meet
our family at least every night na kung saan
pwede tayo kumain ng sabay-sabay,
at mag share ng mga ideas and opinions.

This is where ideas starts kasi we
tend to learn from each other.

Use this as an opportunity to just talk.

Bitawan muna ang mga gadgets.

“ASK FOR ADVICE.”

No matter how successful we are,
we will always need an advice
kasi meron silang alam na hindi natin alam.

Meron din silang na experienced na
hindi pa natin napagdaanan.
And through them, we learn.

Never stop asking because asking for an advice
is not a sign of weakness but a sign of humility.

“WOMEN ARE JUST AS SMART AND AS STRONG AS MEN ARE, MAYBE EVEN MORE.”

Guys, ‘wag nating ismolin ang mga kababaihan

dahil kung ano ang ginagawa natin,
sabi nga ni John Gokongwei Jr, eh
kayang kaya nila or baka BETTER pa.

Wala dapat yung:

“Ay babae?”
“Baka hindi niya kayanin ah”
“Huh? Kaya ba niya ‘yan?”

We are all capable of working,
coming up with new ideas, and
producing great output so
all must receive equal opportunity.

“THANK THE PEOPLE WHO HELPED YOU ALONG THE WAY AND GIVE BACK.”

Because you see, no matter where
we are right now or how far
we’ve become, dahil ito sa mga
taong tumulong sa atin along the way.

At para hindi masayang ang biyayang binigay sa atin,
give back so we can be a blessing to others too
and make a difference in this world.

“LIVE SIMPLY BUT SPEND ON EXPERIENCES.”

Dress simply.
Live simply.
Don’t spend too much on things that
are only temporary.

Ang dapat natin pinagkakagastusan
ay yung mga bagay that will expand
our knowledge and equip us with new ideas
so we can further develop our skills.

“DECIDING ON THE ONE YOU MARRY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISION YOU’LL EVER MAKE.”

Our spouses serve as our cheerleaders.

They will be the one to motivate us and
encourage us especially during the times that we fail.

Pray for that someone who has the same belief
and principles so that we are both on the same page.

Gaya sa business, real men will
work hard to win that special person.

So ladies, pray for the right one.

“Work hard. If you don’t work, you don’t eat.”
-John Gokongwei Jr.

Shoeshine Boy turn into a Millionaire!

Every morning, the CEO of a large bank in New York walks to the corner where a shoe shine is always located. He sits on the couch, examines the Wall Street Journal, and the shoe shine gives his shoes a shiny, excellent look.

One morning the shoeshine asks the Executive Director:
- What do you think about the situation in the stock market?

The Director asks in turn arrogantly:
- Why are you so interested in that? Do you have money to invest?

"I have a million dollars in your bank," the shoeshine says, "and I'm considering investing some of the money in the capital market."

- What's your name? –Asks the Director.
John Smith

The Director arrives at the bank and asks the Manager of the Customer Service:
- Do we have a client named John Smith.?

- Certainly answers the Customer Service Manager, he is a highly esteemed customer. He has a million dollars in his account.

The Director comes out, approaches the shoeshine, and says:

- Mr. Smith, I ask you this coming Monday to be the guest of honor at our board meeting and tell us the story of your life. I am sure we will have something to learn from you.

At the board meeting, the Executive Director introduces him to the board members:

- We all know Mr. Smith, who makes our shoes shine in the corner; But Mr. Smith is also our esteemed customer with a million dollars in his account. I invited him to tell us the story of his life. I am sure we can learn from him.

Mr. Smith began his story:

- I came to this country fifty years ago as a young immigrant from Europe with an unpronounceable name. I got off the ship without a penny. The first thing I did was change my name to Smith. I was hungry and exhausted. I started wandering around looking for a job but to no avail.

Suddenly I found a coin on the sidewalk. I bought an apple. I had two options: eat the apple and quench my hunger or start a business. I sold the apple for two dollars and bought two apples with the money I also sold them and continued in business. When I started accumulating dollars, I was able to buy a set of used brushes and shoe polish and started polishing shoes.

I didn't spend a penny on entertainment or clothing, I just bought bread and some cheese to survive. I saved penny by penny and after a while, I bought a new set of shoe brushes and ointments in different shades and expanded my clientele. I lived like a monk and saved penny by penny. After a while I was able to buy an armchair so that my clients could sit comfortably while cleaning their shoes, and that brought me more clients. I did not spend a penny on the joys of life. I kept saving every penny. A few years ago, when the previous shoe shine on the corner decided to retire, I had already saved enough money to buy his shoeshine location at this great place.

Finally, three months ago, my sister, who was a ho**er in Chicago, passed away and left me a million dollars from her Life Insurance.
