Shift: Morning Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Location: 2nd Floor, Amado Bldg., Sto. Rosario, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte 9200

Training: With Allowance

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Basic data entry tasks
• Enter information from PDFs into Google Sheets
• Enter patient data from our EHR/CRM into Google Sheets
• Audit and double-check outputs from our automated workflow
• Review and correct spelling, formatting, and data inconsistencies
• Organize files, folders, and maintain clean digital records
• Compare data across two systems to ensure accuracy
• Tag, label, and sort information following simple guidelines
• Follow daily task lists provided by team leads
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information
• Perform easy, repetitive tasks with clear step-by-step instructions
• Assist in simple admin tasks when requested (copy–paste tasks, file updates, etc.)

Qualifications:

• No experience required — full training provided
• Basic knowledge of computers and typing
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or willing to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow simple instructions and repetitive workflows
• Can work with minimal supervision once trained
• Good English reading comprehension
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Must be comfortable with office-based work

Job Title: Insurance Support Representative

Job Summary:

The Insurance Support Representative provides essential assistance to the Medical Billing Team by performing simple and clearly guided support tasks. This position is easy and beginner-friendly, ideal for those looking to start a career in the healthcare or BPO industry. The main focus is on performing basic yet important tasks such as insurance benefit verification, claims follow-ups, and data entry under close supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance portals and phone calls.

• Conduct claims follow-ups with insurance companies to obtain status updates or resolve simple issues.

• Perform basic data entry of patient and insurance information in spreadsheets or client platforms.

• Coordinate with the billing team for updates and documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data protection and HIPAA policies.

• Perform other assigned administrative support duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed – full training provided.

• Open to beginners, trainees, or fresh graduates.

• Preferably with background in business, healthcare, or related fields (not required).

• Good English speaking and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Office-based

• Schedule is from 9pm to 6am

• Payout is every 5th and 20th of the month.

• Above Minimum Wage Rate.

• Inclusive of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.

• Entitled to holiday pay, overtime pay, and 13th month pay.

• Weekly payout during training period
