But most importantly, ALL citations should have the same information (name, address and phone number or simply NAP), the same format across different sources to get credited. Yours or your client’s business must be listed properly in all local citation sources to be found.

All listings will be optimized with offers, coupons, photos and videos provided, if applicable.
Old listings with incorrect/outdated NAP, if there is any, will be corrected/updated, provided the sites allow FREE (no charge) edits.
Notes:

1. The service is for people who need help in getting their (or their clients) business listed, claimed and/or verified on different business directories such as Superpages.com, Yellowpages, Yelp, Brownbook, etc. This is also for people who need their existing listings fixed or updated so that Google will see a uniform NAP across different citation sources.

2. If you have a new website and you haven’t done your Google Places page yet, we can set it up, as well as Yahoo and Bing Business Portal listings.

3. We will do all listings manually. We will optimize your listings with photos, coupons or deals, and videos that you provide.

4. We will provide you an Excel spreadsheet report that contains the live listing URLs as well as the login info used in all listings so you have total control of the listings.

5. We will submit your listing to free business and niche directories only.

6. You may need to respond to phone calls from certain sites to get the listing/updates published.

7. Turn around time is 3-5 days for package 1 and 6-7 days for packages 2 and 3. This may change depending on the work load.

8. This service is open to US-based businesses only. For Canada and UK businesses, only Package 1 is available.
