Overthinking really affects everything. Our work, our relationship with our significant other, and even with our own selves.

Let's start with our work. Our work is our very own venue to exercise excellence and develop a value for ourselves but all of these opportunities could be hindered by our fear, doubts, and what if's.

With our relationship with our partners, instead of just enjoying the present moment we have with them, we tend to develop boundaries because we become unnecessarily conscious of every small action we do.

And now, our relationship with ourselves. Overthinking manifests itself commonly in the limiting beliefs we subconsciously impose ourselves. Phrases like "Hindi ata to para sakin", "I am not good enough", "Bukas na lng". These are very detrimental to our own growth.

No worries, it's not yet the endgame we can still do something to work on these manifestations of overthinking. It's great that you already acknowledged that you have it. Now you have to work on rewiring your mindset into a completely different mindset to solve this predicament. And you have to believe that you can do it!
