The Heart Emoji ❤️ is a widely recognized symbol used to represent love and affection in digital communication. While the heart character (U+2764, “Heavy Black Heart”) was encoded in Unicode 1.1 in 1993, heart pictographs had already been popular in Japanese mobile phones and pagers in the early 1990s. These symbols later influenced the development and standardization of emoji. Today, the heart appears in colorful emoji form across platforms, commonly expressing romance, care, warmth, and emotional connection.

In celebration of a day often symbolized by hearts, flowers, chocolates, and thoughtful gifts, we would like to greet everyone this Valentine’s Day and extend our affection to the people we hold dear—whether through romantic love, friendship, or sincere appreciation.

May this day remind us to cherish those who are special to us, and to nurture not only our love for others, but also love for ourselves.

Dinagyang Festival is an annual celebration held every fourth Sunday of January in Iloilo City, honoring Señor Santo Niño while bringing to life the rich history and heritage of Panay Island through the vibrant rhythms of Ati-atihan street dancing.

As the team behind this year’s Dinagyang visual identity, we crafted a logo that tells the story of the Ilonggo spirit—deeply rooted in Bugay (Blessings) and Bugal (Pride). The main logo is composed of core symbolisms that reflect the Ilonggos, from the diversity of life that shapes Panay to the enduring icons of character, identity, and legacy. We dedicate this logo as a tribute to the land, culture, faith, and people — a reminder that our blessings are our pride, and pride is rooted in grace.

We would like to thank IFFI (Iloilo Festivals Foundation Inc.) for having us as the team behind the official visual identity of this year's Dinagyang Festival 2026!

Team Dugong Bughaw is a non-profit youth organization in Iloilo City that started as a university project advocating for HIV awareness among Filipino youth. The organization was established leaning towards their mission and vision— to work with young key populations to mainstream well-informed dialogues on sexual and reproductive health, human rights, and mental health, as well as to envision to become the leading youth organization in the Philippines working towards a stigma-free society that contributes to the global youth health response.

As the creative team behind the Team Dugong Bughaw website (tdb.community), we crafted a digital experience that speaks directly to the vibrant, curious young minds the organization serves. Our design approach focuses on clarity, relatability, and engagement — making it easy for visitors to explore TDB’s mission, services, stories, and the passionate people (including Haru 🐾) driving the movement forward. Whether you’re learning about their history or discovering ways to get involved, the site is built to inspire connection, awareness, and action.

The Christmas Tree emoji 🎄 is commonly used during the months of November and December to reference holiday traditions such as gift-giving, the winter season, and year-end celebrations associated with schools, workplaces, communities, and organizations. It first appeared in 2010 after being approved as part of the Unicode 6.0 series. The emoji was later added to the Emoji 1.0 catalog in 2015, when modern emojis began integrating into mainstream uses such as advertising campaigns and marketing materials for business purposes.

In celebration of the holiday that is symbolized by the Christmas Tree emoji, we would like to greet everyone a wonderful Christmas as we extend our appreciation and gratitude during the duration of this year 2025 and the past years of being part of Mulavex and Mulave Studios, Inc.

The Manggahan Festival is an annual celebration in Guimaras held every May to honor the province’s world-class mangoes and the agricultural heritage that plays a vital role in its local economy, alongside tourism. The festival highlights not only the sweetness of its mangoes but also the vibrant culture, traditions, and experiences that define the province.

In partnership with the Guimaras Provincial Capitol, we designed and developed the festival’s official website for this year 2025. The handle— www.guimarasmanggahan.com— was designed to provide tourists and locals with everything they need to know about the celebration. From schedules and activities to competitions and key festival updates, the website serves as a centralized hub enriched with visuals that capture the spirit of Manggahan and the adventures the province has to offer.

The 7th National Technology Business Incubator (TBI) Summit was an event held last November 21, 2023 at the Diversion 21 Hotel in Iloilo City which brought together key players that are in the Philippine Startup Ecosystem. Organized by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) through the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD), the summit focused on fostering innovation, celebrating startup success stories, and accelerating ecosystem development across the country.

In Partnership with DOST and PCIEERD, we designed the logo to reflect the vibrant culture and identity of Iloilo City, 2023's Summit Venue, incorporating geometric elements and iconic symbols that follow imagery of the Paraw sailboat, the Dinagyang Festival, and the La Paz Batchoy, which are nods to the city's culinary heritage. This visual identity aimed to blend tradition with innovation — perfectly echoing the summit's mission of empowering local startups to reach global heights.

The Western Visayas Innovative Startup Fest is a week-long celebration of startups, technology, and innovation across the region. Organized through the collaboration of UMWAD Western Visayas, DOST Region VI, the Iloilo City Government, ISAT-U, and other partners, the event strengthens the local startup ecosystem. It features conferences, ICT summits, startup pitch competitions, exhibitions, workshops, and networking sessions designed to inspire, connect, and empower emerging founders.

Our design collaboration with the event began in 2024. We created a visual identity that reflects the event’s mission and energy, integrating symbolic elements such as a light bulb and a flask to represent ideas, experimentation, and innovation. The logo was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing it to adapt each year while maintaining a consistent and recognizable identity across all event materials.

AI Fest 2025 is a National Innovation and Technology Festival held in Iloilo City, focused on exploring the role of artificial intelligence in shaping inclusive, ethical, and sustainable urban features.

In partnership with DOST Region VI, we'd want to portray AI Fest 2025 with a branding that reflects a vision of AI — not only as a tool for progress — but as a catalyst for positive social impact.

We had also developed the website platform for AI Fest 2025 where it can be accessed through (www.aifest.ph) allowing users to navigate the what's and when's of the event.

ERK Film Production is an independent film company based in Iloilo City, Philippines, established in 2018. Specializing in feature films, documentaries, and artist-driven projects, the company aims to preserve history, capture the present, and shape the future of Filipino cinema.

In partnership with ERK Film Production, we'd want them to be featured with a warm and vibrant sunset color and a pattern of stylized waves, where curved lines mimic the natural flow of water, symbolizing both the energy and dynamic spirit of ERK Film Production.

Oton LEDIPO stands for the Municaplity of Oton’s Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office whose roles were expanded towards the effort of increasing the competitiveness and ease of doing business with the objective of thriving businesses in the country.

As the oldest town in Panay, with Oton officially declared in 1572, LEDIPO Oton sustains with a livelihood that includes fishing and farming, with farms dominant on rice produce. Flagship products of the town also includes the hand-woven fabrics called hablon which are made into shawls, handkerchief, table runners, and many more.

In Partnership with Oton Ledipo, we’d want them to be able to present themselves with an identity that roots through their goals and focus.
