Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our marketing services.
-Interacting to the potential customers via chat with good typing skills
-Schedule appointments for our marketing representatives to meet with potential clients
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
-Meet daily/weekly targets set by the company
-Update and maintain customer profiles accurately in our CRM system
-Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize strategies and improve results
-Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate our offerings.

Job Description:
-Minimum age requirement: 18 years old and above.
-Must be a high school or college graduate
-Proficient in using computers
-Good typing speed and skills
-Possess good to excellent communication skills
-No prior experience in a call center is welcome

Job Requirements:
-Diploma (High School/College)
-Valid NBI Clearance (at least 3 months)
-Valid Police Clearance (at least 3 months)
-Valid Barangay Clearance (at least 3 months)
-Medical Certificate
-Two valid IDs (TIN ID & SSS)
