The Elite League of Information Technology Students (ELITS) officially issues an Executive Order separating the functions of the Committee on Finance and Budget Management and the Committee on Audit.

This order aims to establish a clear distinction of duties, responsibilities, and authority between the two committees, promoting proper financial management, transparency, accountability, and an effective system of checks and balances within ELITS.

💰 Committee on Finance and Budget Management — responsible for matters concerning budgeting, financial planning, and the proper management of organizational funds.

🔎 Committee on Audit — responsible for the independent review, verification, and monitoring of financial transactions and records to ensure transparency and accountability.

Through this separation, ELITS strengthens its commitment to responsible financial governance and organizational accountability.
