Benguet

We pray for the province and the people of Benguet.

For alternative livelihood for small scale miners, for unity and cooperation among the tribes of Benguet, for proper implementation of the Sitio Electrification Project, to bring power to 396 sitios.

For perseverance and gifts of the Spirit for those who suffer for their faith.

For unity in our families -"the nearest hospital…the first school for the young…the best home for the elderly…a domestic Church that mediates God's tenderness and mercy"

St. Vincent de Paul said "You must ask God to give you power to fight against the sin of pride which is your greatest enemy - the root of all that is evil, and the failure of all that is good. For God resists the proud." We pray for the grace to learn true humility.

Apayao

We pray for the province and the people of Apayao.

For the fulfillment of commitments to farmers for free irrigation by 2017, for improved farms-to-market infrastructure, and for indigent senior citizens the approval of the proposal to increase their pensions from P500 to P1000 a month.

For our brothers and sisters deprived of human rights, may they hold on to faith that Jesus will overcome the forces of evil and the threats of desperation.

For our brothers and sisters who need to leave home to find gainful employment, may they find compassion in their places of work.

We pray for the gift of living always in veneration and love for God.
