Remember the PASS method:
🔴 Pull the pin
🟠 Aim at the base of the fire
🔴 Squeeze the handle
🟠 Sweep side to side

⚠️ Class B fires (flammable liquids)? NEVER use water. Always use CO₂, DCP, or AFFF foam.

Before you climb, take time to inspect.

A scaffold is only as safe as its weakest component. Missing braces, unsecured base plates, damaged planks, or failure to wear proper fall protection can turn a routine task into a life-changing incident.

Remember these 5 critical scaffold checks:
✅ Green tag displayed and valid
✅ Base plates secure and stable
✅ Cross-braces complete and locked
✅ Platform planks properly installed with no dangerous gaps
✅ Full-body harness and lanyard correctly attached

No deadline, target, or shortcut is worth risking a fall.

If something doesn't look right, stop work and report it immediately. Safety starts with speaking up.

Confined spaces can become deadly in seconds.

Many confined space fatalities happen not because of the initial incident, but because unprepared rescuers rush in without proper equipment and become victims themselves.

This tragic reminder highlights the importance of:
✅ Atmospheric testing before entry
✅ A valid Confined Space Entry Permit
✅ A trained standby person outside the space
✅ Proper rescue planning and equipment readiness
✅ Following established safety procedures every single time

Safety procedures exist because lessons were learned through real-life tragedies. One shortcut can cost a life.

Remember: If someone collapses inside a confined space, do not enter without proper training, equipment, and authorization. Call for rescue and follow emergency response procedures.

Hindi lang ito simpleng aksidente — isa itong paalala kung gaano kahalaga ang kaligtasan sa bawat construction site.
Kapag may stop-work order, bakit tuloy pa rin ang operasyon? Sino nga ba ang dapat managot kapag may buhay na nalalagay sa panganib?
Ang kaligtasan ay responsibilidad ng lahat — contractor, owner, engineers, at maging mga ahensya na dapat nagbabantay.

🚧 Small mistake. Big consequence.
Ang maling paggamit ng hagdan ay pwedeng magdulot ng seryosong aksidente—pero kayang iwasan kung tama ang proseso.
Bago umakyat, siguraduhin:

✔️ Inspected ang ladder
✔️ Tama ang setup (4:1 rule)
✔️ May 3-point contact
✔️ Kumpleto ang PPE

Hindi sapat ang experience lang—kailangan laging handa at maingat.

👉 Don’t wait for accidents to happen. Practice ladder safety EVERY TIME.
