March 29, 2026, EOD/K9 personnel of Cotabato Provincial Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Unit-Kidapawan led by PMSg Nico Carlo C Javier, EOD Technician under the supervision of PCPT JERRY PONS L PANAGUE, Team Leader/EOD Tech conducted dialogue and distribution thirty (30) IEC materials on Bomb Awareness in relation to E.O 70 Re: Mga paalala at Kaalaman tungkol sa IED and Ligtas SUMVAC 2026 held at Our Lady of Mediatrix of all Graces Cathedral, Quezon Boulevard, Brgy. Pobalcion, Kidapawan City. The said activity was conducted to promote Government plans and programs on Ligtas SUMVAC 2026, Gender Awareness, E.O 70, P.D decree number 1727 or Bomb Joke Law and to prevent any explosive related incident in the province of North Cotabato.

March 29, 2026, Explosive Incident Response Team (EIRT) of North Cotabato Provincial Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Unit-Kidapawan (CPECU) led by PMSg Dennis M Dorado, under the supervision of PCPT JERRY PONS L PANAGUE while conducting security coverage operation at Our Lady of Mediatrix of all Graces Cathedral, Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City, the EIRT responded to a woman who fainted during the Holy Mass/Palm Sunday Eucharistic Mass Celebration. Immediately, PMSg Ian Francis D Seniel, a registered Nurse/EOD Technician assessed the victim’s condition and applied for first aid. The women was properly turn-over to the rescuers of 911 for medical treatment. The said activity was conducted as part of our PNP Good deeds and one of our PNP Core Values “Makata-o”.
