Ang bawat Pilipino ay may karapatang makaramdam ng kaligtasan at paggalang sa anumang pampublikong lugar, paaralan, lugar ng trabaho, pampublikong transportasyon, at maging sa online na espasyo.

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 11313 o Safe Spaces Act, ipinagbabawal ang anumang uri ng gender-based sexual harassment, kabilang ang catcalling, pambabastos, pangungutya, hindi kanais-nais na pananalita o kilos, stalking, at online harassment.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng Philippine National Police ang pagpapatupad ng batas at hinihikayat ang publiko na agad na iulat ang anumang insidente ng harassment. Sa pamamagitan ng paggalang sa karapatan ng bawat isa at aktibong pakikilahok ng komunidad, sama-sama nating mapananatili ang isang ligtas, maayos, at mapayapang lipunan.

CBRN PERSONNEL SECURE THE SENATE OF THE PHILIPPINES THROUGH PROACTIVE SECURITY OPERATIONS

In line with the PNP Focus Agenda, to ensure Operational Excellence, the PNP-EOD/K9 Group, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, and under the supervision of PCOL EDWARD D QUIJANO, C, EODOD, and PMAJ JUSTIN A LARIOZA, C SRU, personnel of PNP-EOD/K9 Group CBRN team conducted a Paneling and Security Operation at the Senate of the Philippines, Pasay City as part of the Group's continuing efforts to ensure the safety and security of government facilities and personnel, to detect and prevent any potential threats involving explosives, hazardous materials, or CBRN-related risks.

The conduct of the security operation reaffirmed the PNP-EOD/K9 Group's commitment to maintaining public safety and providing reliable security support to key government installations through proactive and preventive security measures.

LOOK: In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Enhanced-Managing Police Operations, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, and under the supervision of PMAJ JAYSON V MACADANGDANG, Officer-in-Charge, RECU 12, personnel of the GenSan City EOD and Canine Unit (CECU), together with RECU 11 personnel, successfully deployed and operationalized Search and Rescue Dogs (SARDs) for a Search and Rescue/Retrieval Operation at the Savemore Building, Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City.

In ex*****on of the Incident Command System (ICS) "Savemore Incident" plan to locate two missing individuals, the joint RECU 12 and RECU 11 team operated alongside the General Santos City Local Government Unit, South Cotabato Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO), BFP 12, PRO12, AFP, Phil Coast Guard, and MMDA. The joint team deployed Search and Rescue Dogs (SARDs) "Pruds" and "Shanks" across designated sectors. SARD "Pruds" successfully cleared Sector 4, while SARD "Shanks" gave a positive indication in Sectors 2 and 3, corroborating prior PCG K9 alerts and prompting the Incident Management Team (IMT) to position heavy equipment for focused retrieval operations.

Following the alert, both SARDs were placed on standby awaiting further instructions, with no untoward incidents reported despite minor aftershocks.

This successful joint deployment underscores our strengthened operational readiness in disaster response and our commitment to maintaining a secure environment, safe from all threats.

PECU LANAO DEL NORTE INTENSIFIES PUBLIC SAFETY MEASURES THROUGH TARGETED JUNKSHOP VISITATIONS

In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Enhanced-Managing Police Operations, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, and under the supervision of PMAJ LENARD RELOJ CARANDANG, Officer-in-Charge, RECU 10, the personnel of Provincial EOD and Canine Unit (PECU) Lanao del Norte conducted junkshop visitation at Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

Through targeted junkshop visitations, the Group proactively monitors and deters the illegal trade and proliferation of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) and vintage munitions. These routine inspections not only educate operators on the extreme dangers of handling explosives but also ensure public safety by establishing a direct line for immediate reporting and recovery.

AVSECU NAIA EIRT CLEARS AND SECURES UNATTENDED ITEM AT NAIA TERMINAL 3

In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Enhanced-Managing Police Operations, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, and under the supervision of PMAJ JOSEPH P ESCURO, Officer-in-charge, AVSECU, personnel of the Aviation Security EOD and Canine Unit (AVSECU) NAIA EIRT successfully neutralized a potential security concern involving an unattended baggage at the Food Hall, NAIA Terminal 3, Pasay City.

The cleared item was turned over to the Lost and Found Section, New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) Terminal 3 following a formal inventory.

This successful intervention underscores our strengthened operational readiness and commitment to a secure environment for every traveler.
