The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect Mindanao, bringing heavy rains over South Cotabato and nearby areas.
Meanwhile, Super Typhoon "INDAY" (International Name: BAVI) was estimated at 1,195 kilometers east of Northern Luzon as of 3:00 PM today. While it remains far from Mindanao, it continues to enhance the Southwest Monsoon, contributing to the prevailing weather conditions over the country.
