KCC Mall of Marbel is looking for Human Resource Staff.
Human Resource Staff is responsible for leading recruitment and selection efforts to identify top talent for departmental manpower needs. Also, assist the team in a day-to-day operations including answering phones, sorting mail, scheduling meetings, filing documents and other administrative related tasks.
Qualifications:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
โข With knowledge in recruitment and selection
โข Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
โข Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
โข Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
โข Highly organized and good at time management
โข Ability to form working relationship with people at all levels
