Mental health struggles are often invisible, hidden beneath:

→ Shame for not managing it all
→ Unspoken trauma from the past
→ A lonely smile in a crowded room
So, what can we do?
→ Normalize talking about mental health
→ Check in, without judgment
→ Listen, without the urge to fix
→ Offer support, without expecting answers
You never know who’s barely holding on.
Kindness isn’t a weakness—it’s the strength that keeps people going.
