Good afternoon,
We apologize for the internet interruption experienced earlier today around 9:00 AM. We have also received reports from other clients in Purok 2–3 experiencing the same issue, including a blinking red light on their modems.
This is possibly due to a mainline fiber damage.
A job order has already been created so our lineman can visit and check the affected area tomorrow. Please be advised that today is Sunday and our linemen are currently on their scheduled day off.
