Job Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, confidence in presenting solutions to clients, and a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, social outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations, consultations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM records, pipelines, and prospect interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (BPO / Outsourcing / Digital Marketing sales experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and presenting to decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong confidence and communication skills are welcome to apply.
