Got good picture from Toni brother - a good one and many thanks Can see all 4 floors with Call Center on first floor, 2 floors of living space and then 4th floor has party room with deck in the back that looks down on the pool =)

2nd building got its name done yesterday =) Original Toni Building is across the street - pleased to introduce # 2 =) Still waiting on Power company to decide what transformers they want to use (and what it will COST us to install them) - is a slooooowwwwww time.

Toni Building 2 is coming along - 15 x 1 bedroom units for rent by early 2020. Finishing takes the time. Digging for septic tank now. Lost some land as City wants to one day widen the main road so we adjust. Not going to win against city so we accept it and move on. Nice to have zoned commercial land along busy road anyways - good for the future values

Very hot now. 34 daytime and 26 at night Doing pool chemicals at night so work better and it's sparkling!
