This is Flor’s Bookbinding Shop, formerly known as Rodel’s Bookbinding Shop.
And this might be the oldest bookbinding shop in town, maybe even in the whole province of Ilocos Norte. I’m not even sure if it’s the only one still standing today, but one thing is certain… they have been part of our stories for 40 years. Thousands of thesis, projects, and precious pages have passed through their hands.
And in a time when everything is going digital, places like this remind us how important it is for students to hold their hard work in a real tangible book.
That’s why there is a special satisfaction in seeing your work finally printed and bound. It makes all the effort feel real and complete.
