A little story I want to share—maybe it will inspire someone who’s struggling like I was.

A few months ago, my long-term client ended our contract. Honestly, I panicked. I was stressed, had trouble breathing, and just felt like my life was falling apart. I have bills to pay, kids who need me, and debts everywhere. It felt like too much.

But instead of letting myself drown in the stress, I decided to pause and think. I asked myself what went wrong, what skills I needed to improve, and what I could do better.

But you know what really kept me going?

PRAYER

I just held on. According to Jeremiah 29:11 (my fave verse) “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” That gave me strength when I felt really down.

I waited for two months, almost losing hope. Suddenly, I got a call. They wanted me to be absorbed as Operations Supervisor. I couldn’t believe it, even was very hesitant to accept the offer.

Then, after nearly a month, a recruiter reached out about a Client Coordinator role with flexible hours and paid holidays, both in Canada and the Philippines. And now, I’m getting new offers through email and social media accounts.

What did I learn?
IF LIFE GETS HARD, DON’T LOOSE HOPE.

Pause and reassess, improve where you can, and most of all, pray and trust. God really has a plan, even when it doesn’t seem like it.
