To our valued clients, we ask for your patience and understanding. It’s been three days now that we’ve been experiencing frequent rotational brownouts in our area, and unfortunately, there is no specific schedule or time given. The power interruption can happen unexpectedly at any time.
This greatly affects our production, especially our heat press operations, since we cannot immediately resume once the power comes back. Our machine takes around 2–3 hours to heat up and another 2–3 hours to cool down, so an unexpected brownout can really affect our whole production schedule.

But rest assured, we’re doing our best, as always, to complete and serve your orders as soon as possible. ❤️

We apologize for any delays and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙏
