Here's how we achieved a 212% increase in total revenue and a 236% increase in attributed revenue:
Flows:
✅ We increased the number of emails in the Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, and Welcome Flows from 3 to 5.
✅ The additional emails focused on customer testimonials, unique selling points (USPs), and discounts.
✅ We added new flows, such as a VIP flow, Post-purchase flow, and Birthday flow.
Campaigns:
✅ We implemented advanced segmentation.
✅ We increased the number of emails, especially during monthly sales.
✅ We built anticipation and hype by letting subscribers know something big was coming, encouraging them to look out for our launch email.
✅ We gave our VIPs early access to shop a day before the official launch, making them feel valued. As a result, a single email generated $10k in sales.
✅ We created a sense of urgency as the sale was ending. This involved sending an email that indicated the sale ended at midnight and that stock was running low.
