Everyone must rest, try a vacation to unwind.🚴🚴 Clear your mind and share your experience when you come back. Social media is like gaining experience from others, giving back what your client invests in you.☁️☁️

As a human being we need to rest,😴😴 after all, we feel so drained and exhausted that we can’t come up with new ideas.

We need to have time with ourselves even in a busy life.

Just like other people we can stop using social media just for a bit of time, stop communicating with others if not necessary.

Like others we still can get depression from using too many social media platforms.
A 2018 study, Found that abstaining from social media 🛍️ use for about a week reduced stress
in both typical and excessive social media users.🤳

They also note both a positive and negative relationship between social connectedness and mental well-being.🤾🤾

I'm going to share my experience as a Social Media Manager trainee. 😊

I don’t have any idea of being a social media manager, but my coach says that the biggest rival that you're going to face is yourself.

Yes yourself and it always be yourself.💪

But in yourself you can do whatever you want to do. Love yourself so the rest of your work will follow accordingly, and effectively.

When you pour yourself on the things you love to do there’s always a good result.

If you have a question, ask those who think they know the answer.. Don't be afraid to try other things, it's the process of learning.📚

As a beginner you will experience a lot of difficulties in creating content and come up with different ideas.
Your brain will get drained and your soul will be scattered around.😄😄

But it's good to come up with a caption that makes you feel enjoyable.

Just enjoy and appreciate everything you’re doing.😇😇

First of all, I want to thank the person 🥰who made me realize that when you start working a job it's not too late to learn and study again.

After I lost my recent job she told me why not study a different course. So I’m on my way to learning about Social Media Marketing,🛍️ well it’s not easy it’s not.

Here I am practicing how to post on different platforms. Thinking about how to make a brand kit and logo.🖥️

Thanks to our coach who is very supportive and witty.🥰 every time she discusses she always has a way so we don't feel bored.

As a beginner things will be hard, especially learning Social media marketing.🛍️

Nothing happens when you start in an easy way, there’s always a hardship feeling and absorb the real life training of being social media marketing.

As a beginner I can’t organize things from the start but if you practice and try to research others' work you will learn 🤓 the different aspects and strategies they come up with.

We have to have time management.⏰ You need to focus on what to do first, your priority, first things first it's easy to say but it's very hard to obey, very hard to do.🚴‍♂️

As a social media marketer you need to focus your mind on what you need to finish first.

Everyday people think of different ideas to grow their business, 📈 some are not that catchy and some successfully get what they want.

One thing is for real we are sharing one Social Media World but in different aspects. Sharing the same culture from different perspectives.

Sometimes it’s terrifying to think that we’ve immersed ourselves so deep into the depth of Social Media that we forgot to fly to reality.💸

We still need to share our personal problems personally and physically.

These can be analyzed using details of demographics, psychographics, interest, need, motivations, environment and expectations.

Not all audiences are created equal. The same public speaker 📣 can start the same speech with the same joke and get laughter from people on one day and awkward silence on the next.

Effective communicators 🎤 anticipate audience differences and make adjustments before stepping to the pulpit.

They also monitor and respond to nonverbal signals that come during their presentations ✉️.

And they remain aware of cultural preferences that vary by region and demographics.👨‍👨‍👧‍👧👨‍👨‍👧‍👧

An audience of people who have no obvious connection with either the speaker 📣 or one another. Contains the lowest level of cohesion.

Social media management is so important because the more people that engage with your content, the more people will see your content, and the more people see your products and services, The more people are going to buy from you.👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Active users engage with other people first, Leave a thoughtful comment for maybe people that, you're inspired by or people that you think 🤔 might be a good fit for your programs 🤸 and that you just want to get in front of and start a conversation.

Because then when you post your content those people are most likely going to see it when you start having a conversation.

The research team found that girls who increased their time on social media between the ages of 11 and 13 were less satisfied with their lives one year later.📵📴

The same effect was found in boys but at the slightly later age of 14 to 15 years old.

Frequently discussions about social media harm and young people center around which comes first – deteriorating mental health or social media use.

It can be so difficult to detach yourself from social media when your phone lights up every minute with new notifications.So turn them off.📴

This is unhealthy and will only cause anxiety if you do this after making a post. After posting what you’d like to, I recommend leaving social media for a period of time so that you do not get wrapped up by who is interacting with your post. 🤳

👉Create content for your specific target audience
Sharing engaging content that is geared toward your audience 🙍‍♂️🙍‍♂️ will turn your social media accounts into an interesting conversation platform.

Don’t spam your followers’ feeds with content that isn’t relevant to their interests.
👉Separate business and personal accounts
Your business account serves a different purpose than your personal account. Keeping your accounts separate will prevent accidentally posting a personal picture to your business account.🧐
Aside from that, the messaging and branding of your organization needs to stay consistent when you’re posting on social media.🤗
👉Avoid offensive content
This is a no brainer,🤫 but there are still some organizations that miss the mark when sharing content.
