We are pleased to inform you that there will be marketing promotion entitled January 2023 Sales Cut-Off Promo, which will be effective on 31st January 2023 (one day only).
Below are the mechanics for the above-mentioned promo:
1. Any existing member avail any of the four (4) packages will be entitled to corresponding product freebie. Free item is without PV/SV.

Meanwhile, below are the terms and conditions for the above-mentioned promotion:
• The Promotion is opened to all Distributors registered in DXN Philippines.
• The Promotion is opened and effective from 31st January 2023 (one day only) (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”), and subjected to modification/amendment, extension, shortening and/or termination/cancellation thereof.
• The Promotion’s packages and sale of products are subject to availability of the stock.
• Respective Promotion Package is only valid with purchase in a single cash invoice during the Promotion Period, and accumulated purchase in various cash invoices are not allowed.
• The promotion product with free of cost (FOC) is without point value (PV) and sales value (SV) and can be redeemed while stock last, and it is not exchangeable for cash or with any other products/items regardless of during or after the Promotion Period.
• The promotion item with free of cost (FOC) must be redeemed on the spot during the purchase of promotion package, which to be made in the SAME cash invoice. No claim/redemption of free item shall be entertained subsequently.
• The Company reserves the absolute right, at its liberty and discretion to revise, vary, change, modify, amend, add or delete any and all of the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• The Company reserves the absolute right and at its liberty to extend, shorten or terminate/cancel the Promotion, including but not limited to change/modify/revise the Promotion’s mechanism, packages and/or Promotion's product at any time if deemed necessary without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and it shall become effective on such date as the Company may determine.
• The Company’s decision shall be final and conclusive. No appeal, queries, complaints, protests, disputes and/or correspondences pertaining thereto will be entertained.
• These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any provisions and/or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Promotion.
• By participating in the Promotion, the Distributor agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including its amendments thereof and the decision of the Company in relation to every aspect of the Promotion.
• These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and may be translated into any other languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any languages versions of the Terms and Conditions including its amendment thereof, the English version shall prevail.
