⚠️ 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 & 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬

I just want to share something for awareness, not to attack anyone. Recently, I accepted a design project where the client’s vision wasn’t clear. I still did my best, followed every instruction, and spent 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 just to meet what they wanted.

In the end, they decided to have another artist finish the design — without any consideration for the time, effort, and work I already put in.
𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝘆𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗸𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗮.

This is a reminder for clients who hire artists and freelancers:

✔️ 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁.
✔️ 𝗕𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 before making them spend hours or days on it.

Our work is not instant, and we commit our energy and resources to every project we accept.
✔️ 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 — software subscriptions, electricity, internet, and all the bills needed to deliver quality work.
✔️ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀.

Artists are more than happy to bring your ideas to life — pero sana may malinaw na direction at plano, proper communication, at consideration.
