1. Listing your properties on other online travel agencies🏣 - There are several days that our properties are vacant so why not try posting it to other online travel platforms like VRBO, Booking.com and Agoda. Just make sure you sync and check your calendar every once in a while to avoid overbookings.

2. Spillover 🤝- This is where you can do affiliate marketing with your fellow property managers in your area. They can refer their guests to your property to stay if any problems arise during the check in process but this doesn't happen very often.

3. Website 💻 - An optimized website will attract visitors and potential guests eventually getting reservations. It is also the best way for the potential guest to reach out to you easily by having a friendly and easy access user interface.
