Why I don’t post regularly here?

Well… I just had my third baby last August 😅 Yep, my family is growing! Even with three kids, I didn’t stop working, and I’m so grateful for my family helping out and my amazing clients who’ve stuck with me from baby #2 to #3 haha!

Managing work with three kids? Honestly, it’s overwhelming. Some days I feel overstimulated, like my brain is running a million miles an hour. But I’ve learned to focus on the positives. Last year was super tough when my mom passed away I was sad, angry, crying almost every day. Going through that changed me. By the time baby #3 came, I found ways to feel stronger, set boundaries and slowly go back to my passion for photography.

And honestly… this also happens because I have clients who allow me to manage my own time as long as I deliver. That trust means everything. It gives me the freedom to balance motherhood and work without feeling guilty or pressured.

So how do I keep everything running while having 3 kids at home?
• I schedule posts so my clients’ pages stay active even on my busiest days.
• I plan campaigns smartly so their content keeps growing.
• I stay updated with trends because social media never sleeps.
• I communicate openly so clients always know what’s happening.
• I set boundaries so I don’t burn out and can still enjoy my kids.

Being a social media manager isn’t just posting, it’s consistency, relationships, creativity, and strategy… all while juggling life behind the scenes. And yes, sometimes my own page gets quiet, but I’m still here, doing the work, learning, creating, and showing up when I can and (actually planning to bump this page again haha!)💛

Life is messy, beautiful, loud, overwhelming… and somehow, we still make it work 😅.

Aly, why do you teach?", a common question people ask me.

Madami sa inyo ang nag-reach out sakin to make a course or training para matutunan kahit fundamentals lang ng SMM. Nung sinimulan ko, may nagtanong naman na, “Why do you teach? May hidden fees ka ba pag nasa training na?” Haha, sana nga meron, matagal ko na sigurong pinagkakitaan ‘to. 🤭
Tbh, gusto ko lang talaga tumulong dahil sa mga stories na narinig ko like, mommies daw sila at yung partner nila e wala ding work kaya nag-istruggle sila; meron namang matagal na ding unemployed kahit nakagraduate naman na daw sila at meron namang mga students na gusto makatapos and this is one of the ways na alam nilang makakatulong. Totoo kase yung sinasabi ng iba, na ang pagiging mabuti sa kapwa ay libre.

Noon ako pa ang nagbabayad sa mga tinitrain ko kapag nakita ko na may interest talaga, kasi eventually, sila rin ang ini-outsource ko and gusto ko mas igihan nila aralin yung industry. Ngayon, karamihan sa kanila may sarili nang clients, successful in their own terms. And even they don't look back on where we started, I’m still very proud to be part of their journey and even prouder kasi they had the courage and discipline to make it work.

Teaching isn’t easy, lalo na kung yung tinuturuan ay hindi rin dinidisiplina ang sarili nila. Kasi guys, kahit isend ko lahat ng videos, materials, at info na kailangan ninyo… kung hindi ninyo bubuksan at aaralin, wala rin po talagang mangyayari. Hindi po ako nagpaparaffle ng clients dito ha! 😅

📌 Kaya para sa mga gusto pa ring matuto, I have a batch na walang live sessions, lahat ay recorded videos + blueprints na puwede ninyong balikan anytime. Kase most of them are still working and mga mommies.

Freelancers, listen… GPT-5 isn’t just another UPDATE!!!

We all know GPT-4 could try to keep our tone, follow big prompts, and sound human but let’s be real, minsan kailangan mo pa ulit-ulitin yung instructions or ayusin ulit yung draft.

GPT-5?
✅ Remembers your brand voice the whole time
✅ Can do complex projects in one go (no more 'part 2 pls' or try again?) 😅
✅ Sounds like a real person, not a robot
✅ Saves you HOURS of editing

And that means… more time for new clients, better output for current ones, and less burnout for us.

I’ll be honest, I’m already using it now for content planning, captions, even client proposals, and wow… life changed. 🙌🏻
