To our dear students, teachers, parents, and members of the community:
We would like to inform everyone that our school has received a reported shooting threat. In addressing this matter, we humbly ask for your understanding, cooperation, and calmness, as we recognize that this information may cause fear, worry, and anxiety among our learners, teachers, parents, and community members. Please be assured that the safety and well-being of everyone in our school remain our highest priority.
We are taking the matter seriously and are coordinating with the Philippine National Police (PNP), appropriate authorities, and concerned offices. As part of our strengthened security measures, PNP personnel will be on duty 24/7 at Calubian National High School to help ensure the safety and security of our learners, personnel, and the entire school community. We encourage everyone to remain calm, vigilant, and responsible. Please do not spread unverified information, rumors, or alarming messages that may cause unnecessary panic.
To our students, please remain alert and immediately report to your teacher or school personnel anything suspicious or any information related to a possible threat. Do not attempt to investigate or confront anyone yourself.
To our teachers and school personnel, please continue to observe established safety and security protocols and immediately report any concern or suspicious activity to the school administration and the appropriate authorities.
To our parents and guardians, we ask for your cooperation and support. Please remind your children to follow school safety procedures, listen to authorized instructions, and avoid sharing unverified information on social media.
To our community, we appeal for your cooperation in keeping our school safe. Any credible information that may help ensure the safety of our learners and personnel should be reported promptly to the proper authorities.
