STOP BELIEVING THE LIES ABOUT PAX SILICA.
The Philippines has a chance to become a major center for semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, and technology.
Do not let fear and fake news destroy this opportunity.
❌ LIE #1: “Pax Silica will take all our water.”
FACT: The planned rainwater harvesting system can provide around 120 million liters of water per day and may be expanded to around 300 million liters per day. The estimated daily requirement is around 65 to 90 million liters.
Rainwater harvesting technology is already used around the world in places like Singapore, Japan, Germany and USA, where rainwater is collected, stored, and reused to reduce dependence on traditional water sources.
This means the project plans to develop its own water system instead of simply taking water from nearby communities.
❌ LIE #2: “Pax Silica will cause nationwide brownouts.”
FACT: Pax Silica will not depend on the country’s existing electricity supply.
The project is expected to build and secure its own power infrastructure to support factories, technology facilities, and data centers.
It is also not just a data-center project. Only around 1 or 2 of more than 30 interested companies are reportedly data-center operators.
This can bring new power plants, substations, transmission systems, and energy investments into the country.
❌ LIE #3: “The United States will own New Clark City.”
FACT: The land remains under Philippine ownership, Philippine sovereignty, and Philippine law.
Foreign investors may lease land or operate businesses, but they do not own Philippine territory.
❌ LIE #4: “America will steal our minerals.”
FACT: Philippine minerals remain owned and regulated by the Philippines.
The goal is to STOP exporting raw nickel, copper, silica, and other minerals to China.
The MAIN GOAL is to process them here and turn them into batteries, electronic parts, semiconductor materials, equipment, and finished products.
For nearly 40 years, the Philippines has exported raw minerals to China, turned them into batteries, electronics, stainless steel, and other high-value products. It’s time we stop exporting cheap raw materials and start exporting technology made by Filipinos. .
❌ LIE #5: “Filipinos will only get low-paying jobs.”
FACT: FACT: Pax Silica is projected to create 190,000 direct high-quality jobs, plus 500,000–800,000 indirect jobs.
These jobs includes engineers, technicians, programmers, cybersecurity specialists, factory workers, researchers, logistics workers, data-center operators, and managers, etc.
It could attract ₱4.32 trillion in investments, generate up to ₱12.35 trillion in exports, and contribute around ₱200 billion in annual government revenue once fully developed.
That means more money for roads, schools, hospitals, public services, and national development.
❌ LIE #6: “The US does not want data centers, so it is dumping them in the Philippines.”
FACT: The US is rapidly building data centers in Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona.
Pax Silica is not about transferring unwanted facilities to the Philippines. It is about expanding a trusted technology network with partner countries.
The Philippines was chosen because of its strategic location, skilled English-speaking workforce, mineral resources, industrial zones, and access to Asian markets.
This is not America dumping its problems on us. This is the Philippines being invited into one of the world’s most valuable technology supply chains.
The real danger is allowing other countries to build the future while the Philippines remains only a buyer, importer, and exporter of workers.

FACT: Pax Silica was created to build trusted supply chains and reduce dependence on China for semiconductors, critical minerals, advanced technology, and AI infrastructure.
China benefits when the Philippines remains only a supplier of cheap raw materials.
The Philippines benefits when processing, manufacturing, research, and technology jobs are created here.

❌ LIE #8: “Local businesses will be pushed aside and placed at a disadvantage.”
FACT: Pax Silica can give Filipino businesses access to advanced factories, skilled workers, supply chains, research facilities, and global investors.

Filipino entrepreneurs could develop:
