As much as I want to keep things private… I can’t. I need to be visible.

Honestly, hindi na ako super active sa personal account ko. Mas gusto ko na lang kasi maging lowkey at private lol.

Pero as a freelancer who treats what I’m doing as a business… visibility is not optional. Kailangan ko magpakita, at magshare ng results.

And you — as a business owner — if hindi visible yung business mo…
paano ka makikita ng customers mo?
Paano nila malalaman na nageexist ka?
Paano sila magkaka-interest?

Ito reality sa digital world ngayon:
"Being invisible is the most expensive mistake in business"

Because you might have the best offer…
the best service…
the best team…
Pero kung hindi ka nila nakikita online, sayang.

Some quick reminders for business owners:
1. Show up intentional kahit simple lang. Hindi kailangan maganda, curated, or viral agad. Ang importante, nakikita nila offer mo.
2. Consistency > Perfection. Mas maige na yung present kaysa perfect.
3. Your story sells. People buy from people they see, know, and trust.
5. Visibility builds familiarity. Familiarity drives sales.

if you want sales… if you want growth…

People think I ‘should’ post like a pro…

Like I fully understand that, dapat sa page mo palang, kita na how creative you are.

Pero honestly…
Hindi ko na masyado ine-effortan yung mga posts ko lately. (Pero try ko ulit next time) Hahaha.

Not because I don’t know how pero ang busy din kasi hahah and wala na akong time talaga to do that.

I’d rather na ilaan na lang yung time and creativity ko for my clients campaigns.

Yung mga pinopost ko, actual na lang talaga. Wala akong content calendar (ironic no? haha). Kung ano maisip kong i-share, pinopost ko nalang.

And I say this not to discriminate yung mga freelancers na super creative sa posts nila ha, kanya-kanyang diskarte yan.

Some express their skills through their own content. Ako naman, I let my clients’ results speak for my work.

My client forgot to give me credit

This morning, my client messaged me apologizing kasi daw nakalimutan niya akong banggitin sa speech nya during their team building kahapon (lasing na raw siya 😂).

But I just smiled. Kasi ang totoo, hindi ko kailangan ng shoutout to know we’re winning together.

Don't get me wrong, I genuinely appreciate this.

Yes, maybe I help them hit their sales goals — pero kung hindi rin dahil sa gigil na sales team, sa effort ng bawat isa, at sa cooperative at supportive na leader, hindi rin mangyayari to.

Lagi ko nga sinasabi sa mga client ko, na kaya ko silang bigyan ng maraming leads at inquiries… pero kung walang system, teamwork at commitment — sayang lang.

That’s why I love working with clients na gigil bumenta, gigil mag-scale, at genuinely invested sa growth ng business nila.

Kasi pag pareho kayong may energy to win — unstoppable talaga. ☺️

Akala ng ibang business owners, kailangan mo na agad ng production team para makagawa ng high-converting ads.

Pwede naman — if you have the budget. Pero the truth is, hindi mo kailangan ng 10-man crew para magbenta online.

Ito nga oh, ako lang nag-video sa client namin… habang may hawak pang kape.

Pero guess what? Nagko-convert pa rin yung ads namin.

Kasi it’s not about having the “best camera” or the “perfect setup.”
It’s about your strategy. It’s about crafting an irresistible offer that makes people say, “I need this!” 🔥

You can have the fanciest production pero kung sablay ang message, sayang effort.

Pero kapag tama ang strategy? Kahit simpleng video lang, be-benta ka. 😉

As someone who runs Facebook ads, gusto ko lang i-share, hindi natatapos ang work sa pag-set up ng campaigns or pag-launch ng ads.

The real magic happens after kung paano hinahandle ng team ang inquiries, paano mag-respond, at paano nila nako-close yung sales, and even after care.

You can have the best ads bringing in leads, pero kung hindi maayos ang sales process, sayang lahat ng effort (and ad spend).

That’s why alignment between marketing and sales is so important. Our job as ad strategist is to bring people in — but it’s your system and your team that close the deal.

I really appreciate this team for being open to learn and improve.

Ang goal ko lang naman — matulungan silang mag-convert ng inquiries into actual clients. 🤑

Officially working with a new international client 🤝

I told myself I wouldn’t be accepting any international clients for now… Since gusto ko muna mag-focus sa local.

But you know what they say — when opportunities knock (plus with a lot of prayers) you can’t ignore them.

Today, I’m just so grateful to share that I recently onboarded a new international client! ☕

And iba pa rin talaga sila , aside from being easy to work with, they also pay well. 🤑🤑

As someone who’s also preparing for a wedding, I know how much opportunities like this mean.
Hahaha.

✨ Grateful. Kabado. But ready.

Short story:
I’ll be honest, when I said yes to working with a tech company, I had no idea and I wasn’t sure if I could really deliver.

But with the right strategy, I was able to help them grow and see results. Hindi naman agad importante alam mo everything about the industry/business from day one. You just need to listen about their needs, goals, do the research, finding the right strategy, and understanding what makes them different.

Working with this company and with Greg was such an honor. And more than the work itself, I’m truly grateful I got to work with Greg. (My TOTGA) Pero ako yung nang-iwan. Hahaha but I love this person so muchhhh 🥹
