DarsDesk YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT I’m a former BPO employee and just started as a Virtual Assistant. That is why I started to be a Virtual Assistant.

I am currently employed as a Customer Service Representative, handling a non-voice account. I have been working in this role for almost 2 years, and it’s not just limited to that. I’ve also handled tasks like daily reporting, creating training schedules, and conducting workflow updates. I am happy with my job; however, I’d like to explore more of what else I can do. Being a graphic designer is my

passion, so I enjoy getting designs on my own and trying something new on each of my projects. I've also attended some free and paid trainings about becoming a social media manager, graphic designer, lead generation expert, and others. I got the tasks done and was amazed by the results. I definitely did not know that I could do such things; I can't even seem to think I am able to. Whenever I explore things, I learn, and these learnings become opportunities to develop my skills and be the best version of myself I can be!

Tonight's ganap: Case Study Presentation

I was supposed to present by 8:30 p.m. However, my coach was still in her batch class so I waited for her to end up and let her take her dinner first. When I entered the Zoom room at 9:10 pm, it was just the three of us so we still waited 10mins for more ppl to watch my presentation. I doubted myself first if the coaches would feel satisfied as the presentation got real quick. But I was wrong. They loved it. This impression became my strength to strive more as a beginner. I am excited to be an intern and much more excited to be a certified virtual assistant. 🙏❤️
