- Encode financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Generate basic financial reports (expense summaries, cash flow monitoring).
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Update spreadsheets and accounting databases.
- Address payroll-related concerns and discrepancies promptly
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents before processing
- Safeguard sensitive employee and financial data
- Review liquidation reports from project teams.
- Ensure completeness of receipts and compliance with company policy.
- Monitor cash advances and ensure timely liquidation.

1. Data Encoding Supervision
- Assist and guide Data Encoders in daily data entry and validation tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of encoding activities
2. Data Quality Monitoring
- Monitor accuracy, completeness, and consistency of encoded data
- Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity and compliance standards
3. System Training & Support
- Train and support company manpower in the proper use of system tools
- Provide technical guidance and resolve basic user concerns
4. Team Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to address data, address-mapping, and system-related issues
- Escalate concerns and follow through until resolution

• Familiarity with online banking platforms and fund transfer processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity

• 5–6 days per week

• Area scoping
• In-store mystery shopping

𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞:
• 20+ successful stores per day

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:
• Continued employment (7–15 days/month) depends on performance.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Male or Female, 21 years old and above
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Owns a motorcycle with OR/CR
• Valid driver’s license
• Smartphone capable of using apps (Google Maps, Viber, GPS camera)
• Responsible, goal-oriented, and flexible
• Willing to undergo training
