We’d like to inform everyone that earlier today, Facebook notified us with “We removed your content” regarding our post about Premium Accounts. The reason given was “The post may promote stolen, forged, or fake goods and services.”

Until now, we honestly don’t know what part was considered “stolen.” All the accounts we sell are resell items, coming from trusted suppliers or makers and never from nakaw or any scam-related source. We always answer inquiries politely and handle issues as soon as possible whenever a customer needs help. Kaya nakakalungkot isipin na kahit maayos kami magbenta, it still reached the point na ni-report and deleted yung post.

Imagine, we’ve been selling the whole night, tapos pagcheck namin wala na rin pati yung feedback from our satisfied customers. We have no problem showing proof of transactions because everything is saved. Sayang lang talaga yung comments and feedback that disappeared along with the post.

Still, thank you to everyone who continues to trust and support us. Despite this setback, tuloy pa rin tayo and we will be even more careful moving forward. 🧿
