We have a STRICT NO REFUND / NO CANCELLATION POLICY for a reason.
Unfortunately, some clients still don't understand why this policy exists. As graphic designers, we don't just create designs—we invest our time, effort, creativity, and attention into every project from the moment we start working on it.
Kapag nag-cancel po kayo habang ongoing na ang design process, nasasayang po ang oras at effort na inilaan namin para sa inyong order. Hindi lang po ito tungkol sa down payment—it's about the work that has already been done.
If the price is beyond your budget or you're no longer sure about your order, we completely understand. However, we kindly ask that you decide before placing an order. We are never forcing anyone to avail of our services.
For RUSH ORDERS, we prioritize them over non-rush orders to meet your deadline. That's why there are times when we use our existing templates to deliver your order faster. If possible, we even do our best to create a new theme despite the limited time.
Imagine setting aside other clients' orders to prioritize a rush request, only for it to be canceled midway. It's very disappointing because the time we dedicated to that project could have been spent completing another client's order.
We sincerely hope everyone understands and respects our policies. Thank you to our clients who continue to value our time, effort, and hard work.
