The only word i can think of.
I mean look at them, how crazy the creature can be. “Thresher Sharks” are listed as vulnerable to extinction, and i was there to witness this creature.
It seems to be small in this photo, however, when i was diving i feel that it was almost 3 meters long, they are so huge, especially their massive tails that they use to hunt the prey like a whip. .
So beautiful, so elegant, i said in my mind when i watched them swimming around with their giant tails fluttered side to side slowly.
I was super duper lucky in this dive to see them this close and see TWO of them. They are quite shy, and get scared easily. They will swim away if the bubbles from scuba diver float to them. Yet they are sharks, so always be careful. .
Another specie of shark in the vdo was whitetip reef shark, i didn’t expect to see them, i didn’t know before that we would dive with whitetip reef sharks, cus people said gato island dive site was great, so i would go for it.
And then there you go, that looks like big big sharks there in the cave, very surprised, i was looking at the dive lead like - are you sure we’re going that way that sharks are waiting to eat us. His reaction was like go go that way, so i followed him slowly to where the big sharks were.
And that was when a thriller song started to play in my head. Cus they really look like a killer sharks in the movie. 😂😂 Anyway, it’s such good dive sites, such good experience and good to be back underwater again. ❤️
